i did harm to my patient...

Hari ni 1^st conserve clinic. It does not go very well because I did harm to my patient. I decided to do class IV filling with composit resin. I  start with doing the cavity prep. It is done and doctor asked me to make bavel. Then, I did a silly mistake. I don’t call again the doctor to confirm it and just proceed.God!! too bad. Dahla, cavity prep tak tunujuk dr, lepastu, tak letak lining pun.huhu..teruknya.suppose letak lining sebab sy etching gigi tu.nanti,patient mungkin aka ada gigi sensitive.what have I done??teruknya. discharge patient and TCA untuk buka balik dan re-do.buang masa patient, even masa aku sendiridan paling penting, aku dah exposekan patient kpd unnecessary danger.teruknya rasa..dahla, masa takbanyak pun.Ingat nak panggil patient RCT.Tapi,rasa macam nak settlekan dulu patient ni la…so bad..First time is always the hardest one.
